We work to create a non-drinker self. You don't need any artist ability to experience an A.R.T. program. 

When I was first coming out of my alcohol fog, I found myself with a lot of time on my hands especially in the evenings and weekends. The activities I once enjoyed were no longer enjoyable because of my strong desire to drink wine all night. At work all I wanted to do was come home and drink all night. Now, I come home from work looking forward to sewing and making progress on my latest project. 
 
Another good reason for A.R.T. experience coaching is the sad truth I found while that looking for alcohol free weekend activities like signing up for painting class were fueled by the idea of wine and painting. Being newly sober, I knew that wasn't going to work and that is why I designed these A.R.T. experiences. Alcohol is so deeply ingrained into society to sell, make money, and appeal to populations that I had to do something. That is why I am offering an alcohol free art and craft project for people looking for a new A.F. experiences. 

There are a numerous other reasons for offering these A.R.T. Experiences.  I am is really passionate about A.R.T. 
Maybe, you have some of your own socially alcohol conditionings you want to unlearn and things you want to learn. 

These somatic experiences are designed to help you create an alcohol free life and redesign your evenings and in your free time. The process of art can help build self compassion skills.  -It is SPECIAL because you are a SPECIAL person who deserves to be happy!
